Our Jone Blanc Babes Favourite Smoothie Tips

Hey, beautiful people!

The one thing we all have in common is our love for smoothies and their benefits to our overall health. They had quite a small part in our lives until we took part in a professional class where they gave us delicious recipes and taught us how to use superfoods in our everyday life. At one point when we had more than 20 little bags full of different superfoods we were lucky enough to be introduced to Boost Yourself blends (thank god for that!)


Hmm, do you want to know our all-time favorite dessert?  

Green Nana chocolate chip ice-cream! Freeze your 2 sliced bananas for about an hour, then put them in a blender. Add 1 tbsp of Detox blend and 1 tbsp of cacao nibs, et voila – the healthiest ice cream out there!

Another tip for the people who are always in a hurry and want to save time in the morning is to prepare your smoothies in advance- slice all your favorite fruits,  pack into jars or bags and place them in the freezer. In the morning before blending put them on a counter or in warm water for a few minutes. Once they’re not as frozen anymore, then blend all the ingredients with some almond milk or water. A quick and easy fix whenever you crave for something delicious! Grab your fellow smoothie-lover and start changing your life for the better!
