What if I don't have the time to make a smoothie in the morning?

Make the smoothie the night before and keep it in the fridge overnight. In the morning, grab the smoothie and take it to work with you. Shake before consuming. The smoothie keeps in the fridge for 48 hours.

Bloating and gasiness

Your organism isn’t used to so much “fresh”, high-fiber foods at first, but it will adjust quickly. You may feel bloating from some ingredients that are not suitable for your body.

What can I snack on?

You can snack on all kinds of nuts (but no more than a handful) – almonds, Brazil nuts, hazelnuts, etc. Fresh vegetables are also a good choice. As long as it’s raw!

How often can I do a Detox Cleanse?

We recommend you do a 3-Day Detox Cleanse once every four months. You can also do one Detox Smoothie day per week. The best option is to drink Detox Smoothies regularly – 1 smoothie per day (to replace one of your meals).

What if I get a headache during the 3-Day Detox?

Your headache may be caused by withdrawal symptoms (from coffee or sugar) or because the breaks between meals are too long. Drink your smoothies at regular intervals – in the morning, during the day and in the evening. Only use headache medicines in extreme cases.

How You Feel During the Detox Cleanse

Many people are afraid that drinking only smoothies for three days can be an overly drastic change from your regular eating habits, causing you to feel worse or hungry. It’s good to know what to expect during your first Detox Cleanse.

The first day isn’t the easiest. You have made a change in your regular routine and your body is adjusting to it. The second day is much easier because you know what to expect. Your metabolism is working faster and your body feels lighter. Your organism gets all the nutrients it needs from the smoothies and Detox Superfoods. Your body is adjusting to the new diet and starts to burn fats to get rid of toxins. Do everything you normally do – work out and take a refreshing, cold shower if necessary. All of this helps cleanse your body and burn calories.

In the morning, enjoy your achievement. Telling yourself: “I did it!” is a great way to start your day. You feel good and have a lot of energy. You also notice the changes: your body feels lighter, you have more energy and you are thinking clearer. Even though you aren’t really hungry, you feel an urge to chew on something. You can snack on roasted and unroasted nuts and seeds (pumpkin or sunflower seeds, hazelnuts, walnuts or almonds), but don’t overdo it! Another good snack is a bite of apple or pear.
